1. General Principles

All sales are final once an order is confirmed, as our Services involve custom printing (e.g., flyers, books, digital and offset printing, lamination, binding). We do not offer refunds for change of mind or cancellations after confirmation. However, we will address issues related to deviations from the specified requirements or defects. We are not responsible for damages during shipping.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

• Defective or Non-Conforming Products: If the delivered product deviates from the agreed specifications (e.g., incorrect size, paper type, quantity, or finishing) or has defects, you may request a return. We will inspect the returned items and, if validated, offer a full refund.
• Other Cases: Refunds are not available for minor variations inherent to printing processes (e.g., color discrepancies due to screen vs. print calibration), delays in delivery, or damages during shipping.

3. Refund Process

• How to Request: Contact us at info@vstpress.com within 7 days of delivery, providing order details and return the defective products to our Chennai address.
• Inspection and Approval: We will inspect the returned items and process refunds within 7 days. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method (NEFT or UPI). We will cover the return shipping costs.
• Amount: Refunds will be proportional to the extent of the defect or deviation, not exceeding the original order amount paid (excluding GST and shipping if applicable).

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom designs or files you provided.
• Orders where production has started or completed without reported issues.
• Digital proofs or consultations.

5. Cancellations

No cancellations are permitted once an order is confirmed. If you attempt to cancel after confirmation, no refund will be issued.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website with the new effective date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance.
