We provide custom printing services, including but not limited to flyers, books, digital and offset printing, lamination, and binding. Services may include design consultation, file preparation, printing, and finishing. All orders are subject to our approval.

2. User Accounts and Eligibility

To place orders or access certain features, you must create an account by providing your name, company name, email, and phone number. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts under Indian law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders: Submit orders via forms on the Website, including specifications (e.g., size, paper type, quantity, printing type). We will provide a quotation based on your details. Orders are confirmed only after our acceptance.
Payment: Payments are not accepted via the Website. Once the order progresses, we will share bank details for NEFT or UPI transactions. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude GST unless stated.
Cancellations and Refunds: No cancellations are allowed once an order is confirmed. If there is a deviation from the specified requirements, we will accept a full return. Refunds for such returns will be processed after inspection.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: By submitting files or designs, you represent that you own or have rights to the content and grant us a limited license to use it for providing Services. We will store your content for a short duration and delete it after completion. You indemnify us against any claims arising from your content (e.g., copyright infringement).
Our Content: All Website content, logos, and designs are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is available PAN India via couriers, with timelines varying from order to order based on production schedules and material availability. Shipping fees may apply. We are not liable for delays due to force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters). Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided "AS IS" without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, including but not limited to print quality, color accuracy, or defect tolerances. We disclaim liability for indirect damages, including loss of profits.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility. However, if there is a deviation from the specified requirements, we will accept a full return as outlined in Section 3.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Website or Services, including breaches of these Terms or third-party rights.

We may terminate or suspend access to the Website or Services at any time for violations. Upon termination, your obligations (e.g., payment) survive.
