Our factory and administrative office in Chennai operate Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

What file formats do you accept for printing?
For the highest quality results, we prefer "Press-Ready" PDF files with embedded fonts and CMYK color profiles. If you are unsure if your artwork is print-ready, you can mention this in your message, and we will check and let you know.

Production timelines vary based on project complexity. Standard marketing materials usually take 3-5 business days, while large-scale book printing or specialized packaging projects may require 10-15 business days. Do you offer delivery across India?
Yes, VST Associated Graphics provides reliable door-step delivery services to all major cities and states within India. To ensure the highest level of security and to maintain the integrity of your printed materials during transit, we currently offer single-point shipment only per order. This approach allows us to provide better tracking and ensure that your entire bulk order arrives at its destination simultaneously. If you are located outside of Chennai, please mention your delivery PIN code in your message so we can provide an accurate logistics estimate alongside your printing quote.
Are there minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
Because we utilize both digital and offset printing technologies, we are highly flexible. Digital printing allows us to handle short-run orders (as low as 50-100 units), while our offset presses are optimized for high-volume efficiency (1,000+ units). We will recommend the most cost-effective printing method based on the quantity you specify in your inquiry.
